Meditation has become culturally weighted with retreat photos and lifelong streaks. Most people don't need that. They need a way to step out of a tab-stack for eight minutes without committing to anything bigger. We built it that way.

What it is.

Guided practices for the in-between moments. Five-, eight-, twelve-minute sessions. Body scans, focused-attention, open-monitoring, and a small loving-kindness library. Voiced quietly, without retreat-circle inflection.

v1.1 ships the launch catalogue; v1.2 adds a small library for sleep and waking transitions, integrated with the Sleep pillar.

Why this practice.

We held meditation back from launch on purpose. The body pillars (Mobility, Yoga, Strength, Breath) are where we wanted members to land first — the physical practice earns trust faster than the contemplative one. By v1.1, the register is established and meditation can land into a calmer container.
