Sthira Me is a wellness app. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice. By using Sthira Me you agree to the following.
Use your own judgement
If a movement hurts, stop. If symptoms persist, speak to a doctor. Sthira Me adapts around the caution areas and health conditions you tell us about, but it cannot see your body.
UK safety signposts
In the UK, non-emergency medical advice is available free from NHS 111 (dial 111). If you are in crisis or struggling with your mental health, Samaritans are free on 116 123, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Subscriptions
Sthira Me is free to download. Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Age
Sthira Me is intended for users aged 4 and up. Users under 18 require parental consent during onboarding.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and creates no obligation. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send. The waitlist is held by our email provider (Kit) under their own terms.
