Sthira Me — Membership Terms (iOS App Subscription Terms)

Effective: 17/05/2026  |  Version: 1.2

This document governs the commercial relationship between Sthira Me Limited and the iOS app subscriber. The companion Website Terms governs general app conduct; the Privacy Policy governs personal-data handling; the Cookies Notice governs the website. A subscriber accepts all four at first launch.

Summary

Sthira Me is an iOS app from Sthira Me Limited (UK Companies House #17167227, England + Wales). It offers a quiet, ad-free practice of mobility, yoga, strength and breath, with more pillars added later. You can use it on a free seven-day trial, and after that you choose whether to keep going on a paid Sthira Me Pro membership. Your subscription is managed by Apple via your Apple ID — we do not see your card. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings, and your trial seven days are yours whether you keep going or not.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by anything in this document. You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and Apple's standard refund process is available to you alongside our own goodwill window for annual subscribers. We will give you 30 days' notice before any material change to these terms or to the price of your current plan (you stay on your locked-in price for the rest of your current subscription term whatever happens). If something goes wrong, write to us at our contact form — a real person reads it.

1. Acceptance

1.1 By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Sthira Me iOS application (the "App"), you accept these Membership Terms (the "Terms") and you confirm that you have also read and accepted:

(a) the Sthira Me Privacy Policy; (b) the Sthira Me Website Terms; (c) the Sthira Me Cookies Notice (where website use is concerned); (d) the Apple Media Services Terms of Service and Apple Standard EULA (Apple-mandated terms that apply on top of these Terms when you buy a subscription through the App Store).

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms or to any of the documents listed in §1.1, please do not install or use the App.

1.3 These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Sthira Me Limited. We have written them in plain English. Where a term has a specific defined meaning we have shown the defined word in bold or in code style and listed it in §3.

1.4 Your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA 2015) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013) are not limited or excluded by these Terms. Anything in these Terms which would conflict with those rights does not apply.

2. Who we are

2.1 The App is provided by Sthira Me Limited, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17167227 (the "Company", "we", "us", "our").

2.2 Our registered office is at Moda Business Centre, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2BW, United Kingdom, and is the contact address for any formal legal notice. Day-to-day contact is at:

2.3 Our ICO data-protection registration number is ZC137409.

Pillar One of the practice categories of the App. V1.0 ships Mobility, Yoga, Strength, Breath. V1.1 adds Meditation and Sleep. V1.2 adds Hypnosis, restricted to adults aged 18 and over.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Age range. The App is designed for people aged 4 to 75. Practice content is filtered according to the age band you select during onboarding.

4.2 Children under 13. A child under the age of 13 may use the App only with the verified consent of a parent or guardian. We provide a parental gate during onboarding for this purpose. Where a parent or guardian sets up the App for a child, the parent or guardian is the contracting party for the purpose of these Terms.

4.3 18+ pillars. From V1.2 onwards, the Hypnosis pillar is restricted to subscribers aged 18 or over and is opt-in by default off. The age-gate is enforced both at onboarding and at the point of pillar selection.

4.4 Capacity. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract under the laws of your country of residence and, where you are subscribing on behalf of a child or another person in your household, that you have the authority to do so.

4.5 Geography. At V1.0 launch the App is published on the UK App Store first. Where Apple makes the App available in other territories, these Terms continue to apply, governed by English law (see §20). Local consumer-protection rules in your country of residence may grant you additional rights — those rights apply alongside these Terms.

5. Service description

5.1 Sthira Me is a quiet practice app. It is not a fitness tracker, a coaching service, a medical device, nor a substitute for professional medical advice (see §13).

5.2 V1.0 (at launch) ships four movement pillars — Mobility, Yoga, Strength, Breath — with the daily check-in, pillar picker, Ink session player, 90-day review nudge, and the seven-day trial of Sthira Me Pro. The session builder adapts to caution areas and self-reported health conditions.

5.3 V1.1 (post-launch) adds Meditation and Sleep pillars, the in-app behaviour analytics opt-in toggle (anonymous, off by default), and Family Sharing for up to six members of one Apple Family.

5.4 V1.2 (later) adds Hypnosis (adults 18+, opt-in only).

5.5 Roadmap fidelity. We do not promise vapourware. If a feature is on our roadmap we either have it built, are actively building it, or are seriously considering it. If our plans change we will say so publicly.

5.6 Service availability. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with the warranties and remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see §16). We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

6. Free Tier

6.2 Email capture for Free Tier. Entry to the Free Tier requires the user to provide an email address. We use that address only as set out in our Privacy Policy and in the email automation flows recorded in DPA-008 of our RoPA. We do not sell, share or licence Free Tier user data to advertisers, brokers or model trainers.

6.3 Free Tier scope (V1.0 baseline). The Free Tier provides without charge the following features for the lifetime of an account, including before, during and after any paid Sthira Me Pro subscription:

(a) a basic Breath-pillar subset — typically four to six fundamental breathing drills (such as box breath, 4-7-8 and coherence breathing) sufficient to learn the core nervous-system tools the App is built around; (b) one signature mobility flow — a daily-reset or "phone neck" flow representative of the Mobility pillar; (c) one to two Yoga primer sessions — an introductory Hatha primer and an introductory Chair-Yoga primer (the latter pulled from the Chair-Yoga sub-shelf); (d) Library browse — Free Tier users can browse the Library catalogue (titles, durations, hero imagery), see what is locked behind the paywall, and unlock a small number of full pose-detail previews (typically the first three) before the rest of the catalogue is gated; (e) Body Check-In and sub-zone tap — Free Tier users see the Body Check-In surface and can tap a body sub-zone to see which spot-fix programmes exist; the spot-fix content itself is gated unless the user is on Trial or paid.

The exact list of Free Tier titles is settled at the moment of release. The titles in (a) to (e) above are the floor; we may add additional Free Tier titles over time but we will not remove a title that has been published as Free Tier without giving notice in line with §17.

6.4 Paid catalogue gating. All other content — including all advanced Breath drills above the basic subset, all full Yoga programmes beyond the primers, all Meditation programmes, all Hypnosis content from V1.2+ (per Q31 GHR-credentialled UK practitioners), all Hypnobirthing content from V1.2.2 (per Q32 KGH partnership pathway), Personalised Programme routing from V1.2 (per Q37) and Apple HealthKit integration (per Q33 — write mindful minutes only at V1.0) — is part of the paid Sthira Me Pro catalogue and is unlocked only during the seven-day Trial or under a paid subscription described in §7.

6.5 Trial preserved across the model. The seven-day free Trial of Sthira Me Pro for first-time eligible subscribers is canonical and preserved. The Trial is fully described in §8. A user may enter the Free Tier without ever starting the Trial, and a user may convert from Free Tier to Trial at any time. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple under its introEligibility rules (see §7.3).

6.6 No advertising; no Free Tier data sale. We make no charge for the Free Tier, we serve no third-party advertising on Free / Trial / Paid, and we do not sell, share or licence Free Tier user data to advertisers, brokers or model trainers (see Privacy Policy).

7. Subscription tiers and pricing

7.1 Sthira Me Pro is sold through the Apple App Store as four product SKUs. Apple sets the per-territory retail price following our entered tier. The per-territory price displayed in the App at the moment of purchase is binding.

SKU code (RevenueCat) Plan name Headline price (UK)* Notes
monthly Monthly £9.99/month Rolling monthly subscription. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid month.
yearly Annual £79.99/year Annual subscription (saves roughly one-third versus paying monthly — about two months on the house).
yearly_2 Pre-Launch Founder Rate £59.99/year The Founder Rate, available to the first 1,000 pre-launch subscribers — see §11. Locked at £59.99/year for the lifetime of an unbroken subscription.
yearly_3 Whole House Family £59.99/year The Whole House Family plan — Founder Rate, family-shared up to six Apple-Family members from V1.1 onwards.

*UK headline prices shown above are subject to Apple's per-territory tier mapping at the moment of purchase, to VAT and to any change in price agreed and notified to you under §17.

7.2 Auto-renewal. Each subscription is set to renew automatically at the end of its current term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in line with Apple's standard rules (see §9). The price you pay on renewal is the price agreed when you started or last renewed your subscription, unless we have notified you of a price change as set out in §17.

7.3 One Trial per Apple ID. The seven-day Trial described in §8 is available only once per Apple ID and only to subscribers who Apple's introEligibility check confirms have not previously used a free trial of Sthira Me Pro.

7.4 No in-app purchases beyond subscription. At V1.0 we do not sell any in-app content, programmes or one-off products separately from Sthira Me Pro. If we add such products in future, separate purchase terms will be displayed at the point of sale.

8. Seven-day free Trial

8.1 New eligible subscribers receive a seven-day free Trial of Sthira Me Pro at the start of any paid subscription.

8.2 During the Trial you have full access to Sthira Me Pro features. No payment is taken until the Trial ends.

8.3 Cooling-off (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Under regulation 29 of the CCR 2013 you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel any distance-sold consumer contract. By starting the Trial you start your statutory cooling-off period. You may cancel during the cooling-off period and receive a refund of any payment already taken in respect of that contract through Apple's standard refund process (see §10).

8.4 Express request to begin the Service immediately. By tapping "Start Trial" or "Subscribe" you confirm that you wish to begin the Service immediately, before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired. You acknowledge that, where digital content is supplied with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost, the 14-day cancellation right under regulation 37(1) of the CCR 2013 is lost once the digital content is supplied. Your right to a refund under any other applicable consumer-protection rule, and your right to cancel the auto-renewal as described in §9, are not affected by this acknowledgement.

8.5 Auto-conversion to paid. Unless you cancel before the Trial ends, the Trial automatically converts to a paid Sthira Me Pro subscription on the eighth day at the price stated in §7. A reminder is delivered by Apple (and may also be delivered by us by email if you opted in to subscriber communications) two days before the conversion.

8.6 No charge during the Trial. No payment is taken during the Trial. If you cancel before the Trial ends you keep full access until the end of the seventh day and pay nothing.

9. Auto-renewal and how to cancel

9.1 Subscriptions to Sthira Me Pro are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple, not Sthira Me, processes payment and stores any payment-method details. We do not see, store or have access to your card information.

9.2 Auto-renewal disclosure (PSR-compliant). When you begin a Sthira Me Pro subscription:

9.3 How to cancel. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time using your iPhone:

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Sthira Me → Cancel Subscription

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access to Sthira Me Pro continues to the end of the current paid period — you do not lose paid days you have already paid for. Apple may also offer a refund of the most recent renewal under their own rules (see §10).

9.4 No mid-term lock-in. Beyond the duration of a paid term you have already entered, we do not lock you in. You are free to cancel and walk away at any renewal.

9.5 Cancellation does not delete your account. Your local data (sessions, streaks, body check-ins, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data (see Privacy Policy and §18).

10. Refunds

10.1 App Store refunds (primary route). Because Apple processes payment, all refund requests are handled in the first instance by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms of Service. You can request a refund at:

reportaproblem.apple.com

Apple's standard policy is to consider refund requests within 90 days of the original charge. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.

10.2 Goodwill window for annual subscribers (founder direction D068). In addition to your statutory rights and to Apple's standard process, where you have purchased an annual SKU (yearly, yearly_2 or yearly_3) we operate a goodwill refund-eligibility logic between day 31 and day 90 of the annual subscription. If you contact us at our contact form during that window, we will assess your individual circumstances and may, at our discretion, request that Apple issue you a contextual refund. This goodwill window does not replace and does not limit your statutory rights or Apple's process — it sits alongside them.

10.3 Statutory rights preserved. Your right to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where the Service does not conform to the terms of the contract — for example, a digital content fault) remains available regardless of §10.1 and §10.2. We will deal with such a request directly if Apple's process is not the appropriate route.

10.4 No proportional refund on cancel. Cancelling auto-renewal in mid-term is not in itself a refund request. Your access continues to the end of the paid term.

11. Founder cap

11.1 The Pre-Launch Founder Rate (SKU yearly_2) is available to the first 1,000 subscribers to take it.

11.2 Cap mechanism. We track the number of yearly_2 subscriptions taken in real time. When the cap is reached:

(a) the SKU is withdrawn from sale on the App Store; (b) the public-facing pricing page on sthira.me is updated to reflect that the Founder Rate is closed; (c) any subscriber who took yearly_2 before the cap was reached keeps the Founder Rate of £59.99/year locked for the lifetime of an unbroken subscription.

11.3 Transparency. While the cap remains open we publish the remaining places (e.g. via the pricing page or a public count). If you have any doubt whether you have made it under the cap, contact us at our contact form and we will confirm.

11.4 Whole House Family Founder Rate. The Whole House Family SKU (yearly_3) also carries the Founder Rate of £59.99/year per the same logic. The cap mechanism applies in the same way; see §12 for family-sharing scope.

11.5 Lapse on cancellation. If you cancel an yearly_2 or yearly_3 subscription and later resubscribe after the cap has closed, the Founder Rate may not be available to you on resubscribe. The Founder Rate is locked for the lifetime of an unbroken subscription.

12. Family Sharing — Whole House Family

12.1 From V1.1 onwards the Whole House Family plan (yearly_3) supports access for up to six members of one Apple Family through Apple's standard Family Sharing.

12.2 Per-member personalisation. Each family member's onboarding choices, caution areas, health-condition selections, sessions, streaks and preferences are stored locally on their own device and are not visible to other family members. One family bill, separate practices.

12.3 Family Organiser responsibilities. The family member who purchases the Whole House Family subscription (the Family Organiser) is the contracting party for the purposes of these Terms. The Family Organiser is responsible for:

(a) ensuring that each family member they invite into the Family agrees to these Terms; (b) ensuring that any minor in the Family is supervised by a parent or guardian (see §4.2); (c) cancelling the subscription where appropriate.

12.4 V1.0 unavailability. At V1.0 launch the Whole House Family SKU (yearly_3) is purchasable but the per-member family-sharing UI ships in V1.1. A Founder Rate purchased at V1.0 secures the £59.99/year price; full family functionality activates with the V1.1 release.

13. Health content disclaimers

13.1 Sthira Me is a wellness practice app. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical advice, and not a diagnostic tool. Nothing in the App should be relied on as medical advice.

13.2 Specific safety guidance: "If a movement hurts, stop. If symptoms persist, speak to a doctor. Sthira Me adapts around the caution areas and health conditions you tell us about, but it cannot see your body."

13.3 Caution areas + health conditions. The session builder filters exercises against the caution areas and health conditions you self-report at onboarding. This filtering is best-effort and depends on the accuracy of what you tell us. If you have a medical condition, you should obtain professional medical guidance before beginning a movement practice.

13.4 Pillar-specific notes.

13.5 Crisis signposting. The App and the website carry signposting to NHS 111 (medical) and Samaritans 116 123 (mental-health crisis) for users in the UK. The App is not a crisis service and is not a replacement for emergency or specialist support.

13.6 Companion document. Our Disclaimer Policy sits alongside this Membership Terms document and is cross-referenced from inside the App. Where this Membership Terms document and the Disclaimer Policy differ, the Disclaimer Policy controls on health-content matters.

14. Intellectual property

14.1 Our content. Sthira Me Limited owns or licenses all the content of the App — practice videos, voice cues, written guidance, exercise catalogue, programme structure, branding, code and design. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content within the App for your own personal practice during the term of your Membership.

14.2 Apple licence. Where you obtain the App from the Apple App Store, the licence is granted by Apple under the Apple Standard EULA in addition to any rights granted by us. Apple's licence terms apply on top of these Terms — they do not override your statutory rights.

14.3 Your content. Where you submit content to us — feedback, suggestions, questions in the in-app feedback sheet, public comments on a journal article — you retain ownership of what you wrote. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for the purposes of running, improving and promoting the Service, including by anonymising and aggregating it for product-improvement analysis.

14.4 Trade marks. "Sthira Me", the pebble-stack mark and the Sthira Me wordmark are trade marks of Sthira Me Limited. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

14.5 Founding Member badge. The Founding Member visual mark inside the App is part of your Membership — you cannot transfer it, sell it or sub-license it.

15. User obligations — acceptable use

15.1 You agree to use the App only for your own personal practice in accordance with these Terms.

15.2 You agree not to:

(a) resell, rent, lease, sub-license or otherwise transfer the App, your subscription or your Apple ID-tied access (subject only to legitimate Apple Family Sharing under §12); (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) circumvent any technical measure we use to limit access (entitlement check, paywall, age gate, family-sharing logic); (d) use any automated means (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to access the Service or extract content; (e) share account credentials with anyone outside your Apple Family; (f) submit content to the App that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes anyone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to submit; (g) use the App in any way that interferes with anyone else's use of the Service or with the integrity of the Service.

15.3 We may suspend or end your Membership where we believe in good faith that you have breached this §15 (see §18).

16. Limitation of liability — and your statutory rights

16.1 Statutory rights preserved (CRA 2015). The Service is digital content for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have statutory rights that the Service:

(a) is of satisfactory quality; (b) is fit for any particular purpose you made known to us; (c) matches its description.

If the Service does not meet these statutory standards you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those statutory rights.

16.2 No exclusion of unavoidable liability. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) breach of your statutory rights as a consumer; (d) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

16.3 Limitation outside §16.1 and §16.2. Subject to §16.1 and §16.2, our total liability to you in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount you paid us for Sthira Me Pro in that 12-month period.

16.4 Indirect and consequential loss. Subject to §16.1 and §16.2, we are not liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, or for loss of profit, business, opportunity or goodwill.

16.5 Health outcomes. You agree that the Service is a wellness aid and not a clinical intervention; the App cannot guarantee any specific health, fitness or therapeutic outcome (see §13). This is not an exclusion of liability under §16.1 / §16.2 — it is a statement of what the Service is and is not.

17. Modifications to the Service or pricing

17.1 Service updates. We may update, expand, refine or remove features of the Service from time to time. Where a change is material and likely to disadvantage existing subscribers (for example, removing a pillar that was core to your reason to subscribe), we will give you at least 30 days' written notice by in-app message or by email. You may cancel without penalty in that 30-day window.

17.2 Price changes. We may change the price of Sthira Me Pro from time to time. Where you are an existing subscriber on a current term, your price stays locked at the price you agreed for the rest of that term. Any new price applies only at your next renewal, and only after we have given you at least 30 days' notice by in-app message or by email. If you do not accept a price change, you can cancel before renewal at no extra charge (see §9).

17.3 Founder Rate carve-out. If you secured the Founder Rate via SKU yearly_2 or yearly_3, the price stays locked at £59.99/year for the lifetime of your unbroken subscription, regardless of any general price change under §17.2. If you cancel and later resubscribe after the cap has closed, the Founder Rate may no longer be available to you (see §11.5).

17.4 Changes to these Terms. We may amend these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material we will give you at least 30 days' written notice by in-app message or by email and we will display the change on first launch after the change takes effect. The current version of the Terms is always available in the App at Settings → About → Membership Terms, and at sthira.me. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect counts as acceptance of the new Terms — but you can always cancel within the 30-day notice window if you do not accept the change.

17.5 Trivial changes — typo fixes, contact-detail updates, cross-reference renumbering — may take effect without 30 days' notice; we will mark them as such in the change log.

18. Suspension and termination

18.1 Your right to cancel. You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time as set out in §9. You do not need a reason. There is no exit fee.

18.2 Our right to suspend or end your Membership. We may suspend or end your Membership where:

(a) non-payment — Apple reports a failed renewal payment; (b) breach of acceptable use (§15) — repeated, serious or unlawful misuse; (c) safeguarding concern — for example, evidence the App is being misused to harm a minor or another person; (d) legal requirement — a court order, regulatory direction or applicable law obliges us to.

18.3 Process. Other than in cases of immediate safeguarding or legal urgency, we will give you reasonable notice before ending a Membership, and we will tell you the reason. We will refund any prepaid amount that has not been used, unless the termination is for serious or unlawful breach.

18.4 Effect of termination. Termination ends your right to access Sthira Me Pro features. Your local data on your device is unaffected by termination — see Privacy Policy for how to export or delete it.

18.5 Data export. Per the right of portability under UK GDPR Article 20, you can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you by writing to our contact form. We will respond within one calendar month.

19. Privacy and data

19.1 Privacy Policy. Our handling of your personal data is governed by the Sthira Me Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is the primary public-facing document; the underlying internal record is the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) which is available on request under our ICO obligations.

19.2 Local-only by design . The App stores your onboarding choices, caution areas, health-condition selections, sessions, streaks and body check-ins locally on your iPhone. They are not transmitted to Sthira Me unless you take a specific action that requires us to receive data (for example, sending us in-app feedback under §15.2(f) or contacting us by email).

19.3 Subscription data with Apple and RevenueCat (RoPA Flow F / DPA-006). When you take a subscription, anonymous subscription-state data flows from Apple to RevenueCat (our subscription-management processor) so we can know whether to grant or revoke your Sthira Me Pro entitlement. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, payment details or health data. The lawful basis for this processing is contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) — we cannot deliver your subscription without it.

19.4 No third-party advertising SDKs. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs. We do not sell, share or license your personal data to advertisers, brokers or model trainers.

19.5 Optional analytics. From V1.1 onwards an opt-in, anonymous in-app analytics toggle becomes available. It defaults to off.

19.6 Cookies and the website. When you use sthira.me the Cookies Notice governs how we handle cookies and similar technologies on the website. The App itself does not use web cookies.

20. Governing law

20.1 These Terms and your Membership are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

20.2 Consumer protection. Where you are a UK consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of UK consumer law that would otherwise apply. Where you are resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the consumer law of your country of residence.

21. Disputes

21.1 First step — talk to us. If something goes wrong, please write to us at our contact form. A real person reads it. We will reply, and we will do our best to put it right.

21.2 Apple's role. Refund and billing disputes about App Store charges are handled in the first instance by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms of Service (see §10).

21.3 UK consumer ombudsman. As a UK consumer you have the right to refer an unresolved dispute to a recognised alternative dispute resolution provider. We do not have a single nominated ADR provider at the date of this draft; the appropriate route depends on the nature of the complaint. We will provide details on request.

21.4 Chargeback rights preserved. Your right to dispute a card charge with your card issuer (chargeback under the card-scheme rules and your card-issuer's policy) is preserved by these Terms.

21.5 Courts of England and Wales. Subject to your statutory rights and to any mandatory consumer-protection rule of your country of residence, the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
